We all have struggles in this world. Some more serious than others. And a lot of it, we can’t control. But, something we do control is our mind – and the power of our thoughts. I know you want to give up. I know you want to get into your bed under the covers and disappear. But you don’t have to do that. You can face this world headstrong and plow through even the toughest of times. And I’m about to show you how.

Let’s start with releasing all posts fears, sadness, doubts, abuse, names you have been called and dreams people have shattered.

I want you to release all – I want you to re-build. Strength comes from being at the bottom and forcing yourself to rise up. It’s not easy – But, remember that hard times don’t last forever, and you are tough enough to fight this battle and win. Start believing you can get through anything. There is a reason for these dark times and you will see why. Just by being here right now reading this – you’re already halfway there. Just like working a muscle, sometimes you need to be torn down just to build up your strength.

Now I want you to be grateful for the smallest things – for example; Your friends, family, being able to hear, being able to feel etc..

First thing in the morning, name three things you’re grateful for, even if they’re small.. I want you to say outloud – “I am here” “I am present” “I am grateful” “I will get through this” and “I will succeed in life” PERIOD…
